Bartech Marine Engineering is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic and committed Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

OTE £30k, plus non-capped bonus. Car, mobile, laptop

• Increase gross profit in accordance with targets through additional sales from both current and new clients.
• Produce sales & marketing plan to exceed targets, detailing strategies and procedures. Identify ideal customers for Bartech Marine.
• Gain feedback from clients of the services provided by Bartech Marine. Provide feedback suggesting improvements or further services that could benefit our clients in weekly reports.
• Update current clients with services Bartech Marine can offer.
• Maintain new client database.
• Maintain current customer contact log.
• Present weekly report at sales and marketing meetings detailing findings and feedback from clients contacted.
• Investigate new markets by product and location.
• Continuously develop through learnings and training.
  

• Sales & negotiation skills are essential.
• Computer literate.
• Great communication skills.
• Knowledge of engineering, within marine industry preferable.
• Desire to succeed and develop.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
