Bartech Marine has excellent modern facilities to ensure we can fully complete equipment overhauls. To enable us to overhaul your engine to the standards that we guarantee, we have ensured that we have all the necessary equipment, which is fully maintained and calibrated. |

All
overhauls
follow a standard proceedure - dismantle, chemically clean, paint
removal and inspection. We build a
report and list of required spares, and subject to your
approval, rebuild and test to the highest possible
standard. Our
workshops are comprehensively equipped with the latest in
manufacturing and test facilities and are contained within the
necessary dust free environment.

For
specialised equipment, such as the engine governors, we have a dedicated area that is dust free to protect from any contamination to this sensitive equipment. The governor bay also has a custom built test rig to ensure the governors are fully operational on leaving our workshop.

On completion of work we ensure that all items are correctly packed to
minimise any damage in transit. We are able to offer bespoke boxes to transport your equipment, ensuring it arrives safely at it’s final destination.
