Design, Manufacture & Fit 3 sets of Sheathed Fuel Pipes for Mitsubishi Engines

Challenge:

Cruiser was held on the Thames after it had been surveyed and found to need sheathed fuel pipes for it's propulsion engines and generator to comply with the latest SOLAS regulations. To meet it's schedule the vessel needed the pipes to be manufactured and fitted within 10 working days to prevent it losing valuable revenue.

How we Helped:

Met the vessels representative on a Saturday afternoon to receive the old pipes as patterns

Patterns returned Monday evening

Design, manufacture and test the 3 sets of pipes, including alarm system within 5 working days

Fit and run with the new pipes to the clients satisfaction
